WSLS, Graham Media Group’s NBC affiliate in Roanoke, Va., has appointed Josh Hall as its new director of technology. He will oversee the engineering and technical operations for the media hub and its facilities.

Hall most recently was the chief engineer for Nexstar’s WFXR Roanoke.
