WisDOT announces $23.3 million in grants to build EV infrastructure

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Department of Transportation recently announced grants to build up the state’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

More than fifty locations will become the first federally funded fast charging EV stations in the state, funded through a national program.

The DOT is giving out $23.3 million this round to build EV charging stations along the corridors you see here.
