Top 10 best places to live in Texas
According to  U.S. News & World Report methodology, cities in the rankings are assessed using data from sources such as the U.S. Census Bureau, FBI, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. News’ internal resources.

The data is also analyzed based on a methodology reflecting Americans’ preferences. Each index is derived from responses in a February 2024 public survey, where people in the U.S. shared the most important factors to consider when choosing a place to live.
