Underhill Cheese Co Grand Opening

Underhill Cheese Co., a new specialty cheese shop, is thrilled to announce its grand opening in Historic Downtown Prosser. The community is invited to join owners Levi Beers and Lucy Toedt for the ribbon cutting ceremony at noon on May 31, marking the start of an exciting new venture in Prosser’s food scene. To celebrate the grand opening, Underhill Cheese Co. is hosting a raffle with a free entry for every $10 spent.

Underhill Cheese Co. will be offering a selection of both local and imported cheeses, as well as charcuterie, artisanal sides, and fresh bread baked daily by 2K Bakery. And the shop offers even more than fine cheeses and meats cut to order. Underhill Cheese Co. also serves custom charcuterie boards and a variety of delicious sandwiches.
