Team Trump Michigan Communications Director Victoria LaCivita made this statement regarding Biden’s visit and Harris’ campaign on Friday:

“Since her undemocratic nomination, Kamala has spent her time running away from her record as vice president, offering Michigan voters almost no new policy proposals that would differentiate herself from the Harris-Biden administration’s record of failure and incompetence. Instead, she’s dodging questions about the future of the backbone of Michigan’s economy, the automobile industry. Joe’s trip to Michigan is another sickening reminder to every Michigander that a Kamala presidency would be another four years of historic inflation, high prices, and lost jobs to electric vehicles. Despite Kamala and Joe’s best efforts, Michigan voters know that only President Donald J. Trump offers the common sense solutions that will Make Michigan Great Again.”
