Cognizant is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a Bangalore location. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing strategic and efficient planning, evaluating process training programs, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of policy functions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree, with an overall experience of 13-16 years, and should have a minimum of 9+ years in the Training function, preferably in Google accounts. They should also have strong communication skills, and the ability to develop strategies for business training. They should be familiar with both traditional and modern training methods, including mentoring, coaching, in-classroom, online, and e-learning training, workshops, simulations, and understanding of training SLAs. Finally, they should have excellent interpersonal skills.
