According to a study conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Trader Joe’s is among Americans’ favorite supermarkets. The analysis, based on a survey of more than 40,000 customers, places the chain based in Monrovia, California, in fourth position in the ranking with a score of 84 points.

According to a post made by a Trader’s Joe employee on Reddit, there are certain times and days of the week in which the supermarket has a lower flow of customers. These are the ideal time for customers to come to do their shopping without having to deal with crowds.
The days include Tuesdays and Wednesdays; while the best time is around 4:00 p.m.
