Klarna has now launched “Klarna Virtual Shopping” which makes it possible for online customers to get in touch with experts from physical stores.
Through a live chat or video call, these experts can provide product advice and inspiration to the customer.

For example, they can carry out a demonstration of a product, show the fit of a garment or the size of a piece of furniture.
The technology will be based on the social shopping platform Hero, which Klarna bought last year.
The tool will already be used by Levi’s, Hugo Boss and 300 other brands and is now being launched globally to Klarna’s more than 400,000 retailers.
Klarna Virtual Shopping is available through the Klarna Store app.
Klarna is also going to open its office in Greece.
