BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Savvy shoppers can get a jump on the holidays with a stop at the Suntree United Methodist Church 27th Annual Giant Christmas Bazaar from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on November 2.
The church at 7400 North Wickham Road in Suntree will host over 30 vendors and local artisans, offering one-of-a-kind art and craft items for sale.
The shopping experience will include a variety of handmade goods, such as pottery and ceramic items, laser-cut wooden decor, and hand-woven pine baskets.
Shoppers will enjoy the bake sale (including gluten-free goodies), Book Nook, coffee station, and a large selection of Christmas items. Also available for sale will be handmade bowls, ornaments, and bags that have traveled all the way from Rwanda, created by orphans partnered with Suntree United Methodist Church through the organization, Zoe Empowers.
Fun for the small fry starts with face painting at 9:30 a.m. and onsite craft activities.
Santa jets in from the North Pole to pose for pictures with the kids at 10 a.m., followed by storytelling at 10:30 a.m. Stomach growling? BBQ starts selling at 11:30 a.m., so shoppers can have a quick bite and keep bargain hunting. Proceeds from the Giant Christmas Bazaar will help support the local and international efforts of the church’s outreach ministries.

Associate Pastor for Suntree United Methodist Church, Bailey Schreiner knows that shoppers will be waiting at the doors before the 8:00 a.m. start time of the annual event.
“We are amazed and grateful at the level of community support for our Christmas bazaar year after year,” said Reverend Schreiner.
“Folks can get an early start on their Christmas shopping and also feel good knowing that the proceeds support all of the missions and outreach ministries of Suntree United Methodist Church. This includes efforts in Brevard as well as the international organization, Zoe Empowers, which helps young orphans in Rwanda raise themselves out of poverty.”
