CINCINNATI (WXIX) – As the U.S. enters the holiday season, Tri-State residents can begin their holiday shopping with Over-the-Rhine’s Women-Owned Business Crawl.

Aviatra Accelerators, a non-profit organization in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky created to support women entrepreneurs, will host the Fall Crawl on Saturday, Nov. 23.

The one-day event will feature women-owned businesses which include retail shops, bars, restaurants and service providers. Businesses featured on the Crawl include Oasis Face Bar, Ombre Gallery, Churchill’s Fine Teas, Homemakers Bar, The Skeleton Root, Queen Tequenos, Launch Party and Create or Conform and more.

“The Women-Owned Business Crawl is the perfect way to jumpstart holiday shopping while experiencing the vibrant energy of Over-the-Rhine,” said Jill Morenz, President and CEO of Aviatra Accelerators. “Attendees will help support local women-owned businesses while discovering unique products and services.”

Check in for the event is from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and many of the businesses are open all day and evening, a press release says.

This event is a 2.5-mile walkable experience that starts at one of two check-in points: COhatch in Findlay Market and Bricker Graydon at 1421 Main St.

Tickets are $20 per person. The first 50 participants will receive a reusable Women-Owned Business Crawl shopping bag.

Attendees get a map showcasing all participating businesses, a bracelet that offers discounts at various participating locations and chances to win raffle prizes and giveaways.

People can continue to use their wristbands into the evening and save on dinner, drinks or merchandise at the participating women-owned businesses.
