SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Jodi Schwan with Sioux Falls.Business visited to discuss a new venue in Harrisburg and stores arriving at The Empire Mall just in time for the holidays.
A new entertainment option has opened in Harrisburg.
Union Social is part of the Air Madness complex just south of Sioux Falls off Cliff Avenue.
The new venue includes bowling, an arcade, axe throwing, a full bar and a full-service restaurant. The bowling features 12 lanes with interactive lighting, music and projection screens. There’s also an indoor patio space with yard games and pool tables.
The owner said the goal here is to create a space where the community can come together, and it’s open daily.
New at The Empire Mall
Let’s fill you in on what’s new at The Empire Mall ahead of the holiday shopping season, beginning with a new local option and a way to shop multiple small businesses in one space.
Mulberry Market has relocated from 41st and Marion to the mall, offering booths from dozens of vendors selling everything from apparel to gift items. Browse them all and then check out once.
A number of seasonal retailers are opening throughout the mall, so you’ll find most of them just for the holiday season. Some returning favorites are back and there are some new ones – again, a bit of everything from toys to candy, nuts, blankets and of course calendars.
