Jonathan Olsen has joined Sidley Austin as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice in San Diego, the firm said Monday.
Olsen, also a member of Sidley’s emerging companies and venture capital practice, advises multinationals and emerging companies in the tech and life sciences industries, according to the firm.
He has substantial experience representing buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, as well as significant experience in cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and joint ventures, the firm said.
He joins from Goodwin Procter.
