S. WHITEHALL TWP., Pa.- A long-shuttered office supply store is being renovated for its future tenant.
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) has plans to open a new medical building inside the former Office Depot at 480 S. Cedar Crest Blvd, a spokesperson for the health network confirmed.
Office Depot closed in September of 2021. The building has been vacant ever since.
The LVHN spokesperson says there is a total of 22,000 square feet of space, which will accommodate internal medicine, a specialty rehabilitation center and “shelled space” for future services.
The health network is leasing the facility from owner Cedar Point West Associates LP.
The new LVHN facility is expected to open in early 2025.
