Fenton Twp. — Charter Senior Living of Linden hosted its grand opening “Sailabration” and ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, June 27. The retirement and assisted living facility is at 5050 Amelia Earhart Dr., next to Price’s Airport and along Silver Lake Road.
More than a hundred people were on hand for the grand opening toast given by Keven Bennema, CEO and co-founder of Charter Senior Living. The Tavern catered the event and Fenton Winery & Brewery provided an open bar for guests and residents. Staff provided gift bags and tours to attendees.
Marissa Mazen, senior sales and marketing director, thanked everyone for coming.
Shelly Day, executive director of the Fenton & Linden Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Meghan Grimshaw, membership director and event coordinator for the chamber, offered their congratulations.
State Rep. Mike Mueller presented a proclamation congratulating Charter Senior Living on opening their business in his hometown. The proclamation was signed by him, the governor and the lieutenant governor.
Bennema introduced the entire staff and administration to attendees of the Sailabration.
