Rosemary Phillips
Rosemary Phillips of Port Richey, Florida passed away April 17th, 2024 peacefully in her sleep. Rosemary was born in Lackawanna, New York, and was a long time resident of Dunkirk, New York.
Rosemary was proud of her education and her master’s degree in mental health counseling. She was a volunteer with the Red Cross and other agencies, and took in anyone that needed help.
Rosemary is survived by her children Jeffrey Tyszko, David Tyszko (wife Irma), and daughter Kathleen Tyszko. She is survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her parents, older brother David, younger sister Jeannie, and great-grandson Gavin.
