The Sons of Liberty had its 10th annual Disabled American Veterans (DAV) run out of the Sheridan Veterans of Foreign Wars Club. The Sons would like to thank Ranee and Joe and all of the staff at the VFW for everything they did to help set up and serve everyone; all the riders who showed up and supported the run, to the people and clubs who donated, Mayville Lawnmower Association, American Legion Post 62, Sons of American Legion 59. Moniuszko Club, Northern Chautauqua Conservation Club, Dom Polski Club, WWII Vets Club, First Ward Falcons Club, and a special thank you to all First Responders, Chautauqua County Fire, East Town Fire, New York State Troopers, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s, Westfield Police Departments, Chief Dave Ortolano and the Dunkirk Police Department. With all of the support The Sons of Liberty were able to donate $2,100. Remember, it’s the soldier, not the minister, reporter, press, poet, campus organizer, lawyer or politician who gave you all the freedom you have.
