Pinnacle Bank to host business fraud event on June 4

As the threat of business fraud continues to evolve, Pinnacle Bank in Fremont is taking proactive steps to empower local businesses.

Their Busting Business Fraud Lunch and Learn presentation is scheduled from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, in the Keene Memorial Library Community Room, located at 1030 N. Broad St.

Local business owners, managers and professionals are invited to attend to learn about the latest fraud schemes impacting businesses. Attendees will be shown how to mitigate their organization’s risk and what to do it they become a target of fraud.

“With the increasing sophistication of fraud tactics, it’s imperative for businesses to stay informed and prepared,” Pinnacle Bank’s Market President Scott Meister said in a news release. “Our goal with this event is to provide practical knowledge and tools to help businesses defend themselves.”
