Joel Babe has been named assistant general manager of The Windsor Court.
Babe most recently was general manager of Hilton St. Charles. Before that, he was director of rooms for The Windsor Court. He has also held management roles at Faena Hotel Miami Beach and various Ritz-Carlton properties.
He is working on a master’s in business administration with a focus on hospitality from the École hôtelière de Lausanne.

Joe Lantz has been hired as the senior architect for Woodward Design Group. Lantz has more than a decade of experience.
Blake Bergeron and Erik Wismar have been promoted to principal for Woodward Design Group.

Jeremy P. Gresham has been named as chief financial officer for Kean Miller.
Gresham has more than 20 years of leadership experience in law firms.
He earned a bachelor’s in accounting and management from Indiana University and a master’s in business administration from Northern Illinois University.

Dr. Catherine O’Neal has been named chief academic officer for the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System.
O’Neal will focus on ensuring alignment and consistency with all academic partners across the health system.
She served as chief medical officer of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has been a member of the LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans faculty since 2009, most recently as an associate professor of clinical medicine and infectious diseases.
She earned her medical degree LSU Health New Orleans. O’Neal completed her residency at LSU Health New Orleans and an infectious diseases fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Kristen Richards has been named vice president of ambulatory care of Cardiovascular Logistics.
Richards has 20 years of experience in health care, most recently serving as vice president of cardiovascular operations for Atlas Healthcare Partners. She also was senior health economics manager for Philips Healthcare and director of cardiovascular services at Banner Heart Hospital.
She earned a bachelor’s in respiratory therapy from Northern Arizona University and an master’s in health care administration from Grand Canyon University.
