Personnel moves at Kean Miller, Stirling, PETERMAYER

Dave Damman has been hired as chief creative officer of PETERMAYER.

Damman has more than 20 years of experience in advertising, working on campaigns for brands such as Subaru, Timberland, Pepsi, Harley-Davidson and United Airlines. He most recently served as CCO of Buntin, a Nashville, Tennessee-based agency.

John Woodard has been promoted to vice president of Stirling and will lead the firm’s New Orleans office.

Woodard, who joined Stirling full-time in 2020, had served as director of development and asset management. Before joining the company, he held a number of jobs, including serving as an aide to U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise, R-Jefferson, and as White House liaison and special adviser for the U.S. Small Business Administration.

He earned a bachelor’s in finance from LSU and a master’s in finance and real estate from A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Woodard was LSU Student Body president when he was an undergraduate and is an adjunct lecturer for the Tulane School of Architecture.

Ryan Juneau has been promoted by Stirling to vice president of asset management.

Juneau joined the company in 2013. He served as project manager for multiple large-scale developments before moving to asset management in 2016.

Derek P. Brondum and Matthew J. Gaar have joined the New Orleans office of Kean Miller as associate attorneys.

Brondum is in the federal, state and local tax groups.

He earned a bachelor’s in accounting from LSU, a master’s in accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a law degree, cum laude and a civil law certificate from Tulane University Law School. Brondum is a certified public accountant and an adjunct professor of accounting at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Gaar practices with the offshore energy and marine litigation group.

He earned a bachelor’s, cum laude, from LSU and a law degree, cum laude, and maritime law certificate from Tulane University Law School.

N. Jerome “Jerry” Vascocu Jr. has been named president of b1Bank.

Vascocu joined b1Bank in 2022 as chief administrative officer. Before that, he spent 17 years with IberiaBank and First Horizon Bank, serving as president in multiple markets in Louisiana and Arkansas

He earned a bachelor’s in economics from Vanderbilt University.

Seven associate attorneys have joined the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller.

Nathan P. Bromley practices with the utility regulatory group.

He earned a bachelor’s in international trade and finance from LSU and a law degree, magna cum laude, from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Matthew P. Clark is part of the business, corporate and real estate groups.

He earned a bachelor’s in journalism from LSU and a law degree, summa cum laude, and a doctor of civil law from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Lance H. Delrie is in the casualty and mass tort litigation group.

He earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Louisiana Tech University and a law degree, magna cum laude, and a doctor of civil law from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Michael M. Doggett is in the environmental regulatory group.

He earned a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from LSU and a law degree and a doctor of civil law from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Colton P. Duhon is in the energy and environmental litigation group.
