Elsenrath has more than 15 years of experience, including nine years in health care.
He earned a bachelor’s in health administration and education from William Carey University.

Kincaid Jackson has been elected as a partner with Kean Miller.
Jackson practices in the business, corporate and real estate groups representing clients in industries such as shipbuilding, food service distribution, construction, financial services and health care. He joined the firm in 2022.
He earned a bachelor’s in English from Southern Methodist University and a law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Pamela R. Mascari has been elected to a two-year term on the Kean Miller management committee.
Mascari focuses her practice in the oil and gas, pipeline, energy and environmental areas. She joined the firm in 1997.
She earned a bachelor’s, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Freeman School of Business and a law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She is a member of the LSU Law Center Hall of Fame and serves as vice president of the board of directors for Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area.
