Personnel moves at Jones Walker, Blue Cross, Breazeale, Sachse and Wilson

Tiffany Dupree has returned to Jones Walker as special counsel in the labor and employment practice group.

Dupree was an associate in the litigation practice group from 2018 to 2023.

She earned a bachelor’s in business management from LSU and a law degree, cum laude, from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Dupree was on the chancellor’s list and the dean’s list as an undergraduate and was senior associate of the Louisiana Law Review.

Crystal Blanchard has been promoted to vice president of sales for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana.

Blanchard is a longtime Louisiana Blue employee with more than 25 years of experience in health care sales, account management and marketing. She most recently served as sales director for the Lafayette, Lake Charles and Houma regional offices.

Blanchard succeeds Greg Cross, who recently announced his retirement after 25 years with the company.

She earned an associate’s in business technology from Louisiana Technical College.

Four attorneys have joined the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale, Sachse and Wilson.

Adam Guarisco is an associate in the corporate and tax sections.

He earned a bachelor’s, cum laude, in accounting from LSU, a law degree and a graduate certificate in estate planning and taxation from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Guarisco served as senior editor of the Journal of Energy Law and Resources while in law school.

Rob Hinyub is an associate in the health care section.

He earned a bachelor’s in digital advertising from LSU, a law degree and a certification in health law from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

John Shaw Jr. is an associate in the construction and labor and employment sections.

He earned a bachelor’s, cum laude, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a law degree and doctor of civil law from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Shaw was a member of the External Trial Advocacy Competition and the External Dispute Resolution Competition teams while in law school.

Chris Szeszycki is an associate in the casualty litigation practice group.

He earned a bachelor’s in history from LSU and a law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While in law school, Szeszycki was editor-in-chief of the Maritime Law Journal.
