Balan Chidambaram has been hired by Bollinger Shipyards as executive vice president, chief information officer.
Chidambaram has more than three decades of experience, most recently as chief technology officer for GVW Group, an industrial holding company.
He earned a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology, a master’s in math and a master’s in computer science, both from LSU.

Julie M. Araujo is a partner in the admiralty practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in matters such as general casualty, marine, energy, shipbuilding/repair, construction, shipping and engineering. She earned a law degree from Tulane University Law School.
David S. Bland is a partner in the litigation and admiralty and maritime practices. He handles cases involving construction, marine, energy, commercial and insurance matters. He earned a law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
Elton Foster is a partner in the admiralty and maritime practices. He has more than 30 years of experience serving as counsel for vessel owners, shipyards, marine insurers and businesses. He earned a law degree from Tulane University Law School.
Rachel Bland Starring is an associate. Her practice includes public and private construction and development agreements. She earned a law degree from Tulane University Law School.

Ashley Hilsman has been promoted to chief operating officer for the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce.
Hilsman has been with the chamber since 2017, starting as events director. In 2022, she was named executive vice president. Before she went to the chamber, she worked in festival and events management, hospitality and served as a wish coordinator for the Make a Wish Foundation.
She is a graduate of Presbyterian College.

Lauren Keating has been promoted to director of property accounting for the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Keating has been part of the convention center’s financial team since early 2023. Before that, she worked for Ernst & Young, where she led financial audits for private and publicly listed clients.
She earned a bachelor’s in management and a master’s in accounting, both from Tulane University.

Lindsey All has been named president and CEO of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council South.
All has more than 15 years of business experience, most recently serving as a vice president for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. She replaces Phala Kimbrough Mire who now leads the WBENC partner organizations in metro New York and Washington, D.C.
She earned a bachelor’s in human resources and organizational development with a minor in business administration from LSU.

Woman’s Hospital has made two additions to its executive leadership team.
Lesley Tilley is executive vice president and chief operating officer. She has 30 years of health care experience, most recently as regional vice president of operations for Our Lady of the Lake Health.
Ali Landry is president and chief philanthropy officer of the Foundation for Woman’s. She previously served as chief executive officer of Louisiana Key Academy.
