Bradley honored with SHRM award

The Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management recently announced that Ashlie Bradley, MBA, BS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, of Alexandria has been awarded the inaugural 2024 Professional Achievement Award.

Selected as the winner among 17 finalists, this prestigious award recognizes one individual for their exceptional professional competence, dedication to the human resources profession, and active involvement in a local SHRM Chapter.

Bradley currently serves as a director of Human Resource Business Partnership at CentraCare. She and her team support the regional markets across central Minnesota and the Acute Care Division at St. Cloud Hospital, where her strategic partnership with operational leadership have enhanced employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Bradley is known for her thoughtful and strategic leadership, ensuring her team feels supported and valued. Her compassionate approach to leadership has set her apart as a mentor and advocate for making workplaces better for everyone.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Bradley has made meaningful contributions to CentraCare and the broader HR community. She has a long history of volunteer leadership within the West Central Minnesota SHRM Chapter, having served in various roles including chapter president, president elect, treasurer, membership director, and most recently as the past president and chapter advisor.

Her leadership skills, volunteer support and commitment to human development have significantly contributed to the growth of HR professionals both in Alexandria and the surrounding communities.

Wass is a well-respected attorney both in the legal community and among her peers at Pemberton.
