Los Angeles is a city where stars are made all the time, and the Green Bay Packers might have found a new star in tight end Tucker Kraft in a 24-19 win over the Los Angeles Rams. Green Bay needed its defense to come up with a late stop to hold on for the victory.
Kraft’s 88 receiving yards and two touchdowns were both career-highs, and his day was highlighted by this 66-yard rumble to the endzone in the third quarter:
Jordan Love threw for 224 yards and those two touchdowns and Josh Jacobs had 73 yards on the ground to go along with his first touchdown with the Packers since coming over from the Raiders in the offseason.
In Northern California, the Cardinals came back from down 13 points at halftime to stun the 49ers, 24-23. Kyler Murray rushed for 83 yards, including a 50-yard touchdown run in the first quarter, and James Conner added another 86 on the ground. The 49ers led that game 23-10 at halftime.
