NOUMI Digital was founded by Shakir Lincoln and based around a concept he had to allow customers at all kinds of retailers receive their receipts digitally and seamlessly.
The company has now welcomed Scott Threlfall to its ranks who joins as managing director.
Mr Lincoln said: “We are delighted to announce that Scott Threlfall has joined NOUMI Digital as managing director.
“With over 20 years of expertise in loyalty programmes, data monetisation, and customer engagement, Scott brings a wealth of experience to drive our mission of transforming retail through innovative, data-driven solutions.”

After receiving his award the Blackburn businessman said that he hoped 2025 would prove to be a big year for NOUMI.
The app Mr Lincoln developed allows customers to receive their receipts seamlessly and digitally.
It does so by giving customers a simple way of downloading their receipts by tapping their phones on point-of-sale devices.
This would allow them to keep all their receipts in one place while also allowing them to access special offers and to be entered in for prizes.
The receipts can also then be sorted digitally into different, more easily searched categories.
New NOUMI managing director Mr Threlfall has already worked with some of the UK’s most recognisable loyalty initiatives, including O2 Priority Rewards and Orange Wednesdays.

In his new role at NOUMI he will be focusing on widening access to advanced loyalty tools for retailers of all sizes.
This will involve leveraging the latest technologies like AI-driven receipt recognition to deliver what Mr Lincoln says will be “seamless, frictionless customer experiences.”
Mr Threlfall has also previously held senior roles like digital product director at Apadmi and solutions director at Nasstar.
While in these roles he championed mobile-first strategies and cloud-based innovations, which have given him a strong reputation as a leader in digital transformation.
