Carr said the business is based in Warsaw, but he opened the Kendallville location to assist customers with hail damage repairs from a May 7 storm that crossed Noble, DeKalb and Steuben counties. Carr Tech specializes in dent removal, glass repair and replacement, hail damage repair and automotive detailing.
