SOUTH JERSEY — A 25,000-square-foot bounce park has arrived in South Jersey, and a renowned hot chicken joint is on the way. However, an indoor pickleball court has been nixed and a bank will lay off more than 100 employees as it closes several local branches.

Massive Bounce Park Reaches Cherry Hill
A traveling bounce park has reached Cherry Hill Mall’s parking lot. With 25,000 square feet of continuous jumping zones, FUNBOX bills itself as the “world’s biggest bounce park.” The bounce park will run from Friday through Sunday each week until late October. Read more on Patch.

Asad’s Hot Chicken will offer freebies during its grand opening in Sicklerville. The grand opening is set for Sept. 6, with free food offered from 3-7 p.m. Read more on Patch.
Indoor Pickleball Facility Canceled: Reports
A pickleball business has canceled plans to open indoor courts in the Moorestown area, according to reports. PickleRage, a chain of indoor pickleball clubs, intended to open in the East Gate Square shopping center along the Moorestown-Mount Laurel border. Read more on Patch.
111 Layoffs Coming To South Jersey Bank
Fulton Bank will lay off more than 100 employees as it shuts down several branches throughout South Jersey. The layoffs, disclosed this month, will go into effect in November and December. Around that time, Fulton will close nine South Jersey branches, which previously belonged to Republic First Bank. Fulton acquired Republic Bank’s assets, including all of its branches, in April.
