Greenville Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and two women hospitalized.
The shooting happened about 5 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Greenridge shopping plaza on Woodruff Road.
Police said the man shot the women and then turned the gun on himself. The women were taken to PRISMA Greenville Memorial Hospital where they are recovering. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. None of the people were identified.
According to Sgt. Diana Munoz, the man was previously in a relationship with one of the women. The other victim was a relative.
Using CCTV footage and witness statements, investigators confirmed the man arrived at the parking lot and shot the women, and then shot himself.
