Linklaters LLP continues its investment in its US corporate practice with the addition of Elena Rubinov, who joins the firm as its head of US infrastructure and private capital M&A in New York.
Prior to her move to Linklaters, Rubinov was co-leader of Mayer Brown’s infrastructure M&A practice. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at Shearman & Sterling, where she worked alongside George Casey and Heiko Schiwek, who joined the Magic Circle firm in January.
