SILVER CREEK — Benjamin Lewis is running for trustee in the village.
A Georgia native, he relocated to Western New York in 2004 to begin a new career. While exploring homeownership, he and his wife “were smitten with Silver Creek” and purchased a home in the village in 2009.
Lewis said he is proud of the place he now calls home and would like to help drive the revitalization of Silver Creek, enhancing curb appeal, attracting new businesses, and making this unique village a pleasant home for current and future citizens.
“After many local elections and several questionable decisions made by elected officials, it feels like a time of change is here and deservedly needed for this village,” Lewis said. “I would like to be a catalyst to the positive changes needed to attract the businesses and revitalize the community focused on curb appeal, to attract first time home buyers and new business owners.”
