Legacy Landing

Must read

An investment group recently completed construction on a retail building in Richland’s Queensgate shopping area.

The 7,000-square-foot building, called Legacy Landing, is located at 3151 Duportail St., near Target and Walmart.

Gretl Crawford of Gretl Crawford Homes said the single-story retail complex features three spaces, but could become four, if desired.

“I wanted to build a very leasable building in the heart of Queensgate with a modern but also industrial feel. I wanted an aesthetic that would stand the test of time. I wanted a building that was visually appealing as well as very user friendly both for businesses as well as customers,” she said.

The center suite features an outdoor area that could be used for outdoor dining, as well as a drive-thru for the end cap suite.

Legacy Landing cost $2 million to build, not counting the land, which is leased from Kennewick Irrigation District.

An investment group, Gen 2 & 3 LLC, built the project.

Gretl Crawford Homes is the general contractor.

Bernardo Wills Architects is the architect.

There are two remaining spaces to lease. Call Gretl Crawford at 509-531-0454 for leasing information.
