In the past two weeks, startups from Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Costa Rica took the spotlight, with plenty of activities from fintechs. Here are the product launches, partnerships, and expansions we saw in the last two weeks.

Launches

  1. Chilean software management startup Kunzapp launched a cloud optimization product that analyzes and optimizes cloud usage of companies. Read more on DFSud.

Partnerships

  1. Colombian investment bank Pronus partnered with Brazilian software development company C&M to launch instant payment solution Pronus Payments under the Pix-inspired payment framework the Central Bank of Colombia will launch in 2025.   2. Argentinian crypto startup Ripio partnered with DeFi aggregator 1inch to allow users of Ripio’s Web3 wallet to exchange cryptocurrencies and tokens at more favorable conversion rates and have more access to liquidity. Read more on LatamFintech Hub.
  3. Mexican open finance payments startup Belvo partnered with Citibanamex to offer credit products to customers in Mexico with no credit history. Read more on LatamFintech Hub.

Expansions

  1. Kunzapp, a Chilean software management startup, is expanding to Ecuador after securing its first client in the country, Kushki. Read more on DFSud.
