Google Co-Founder Larry Page Start-up of Artificial Intelligence Manufacturing Start-up
Larry Page, one of Google’s co-founders, founded an artificial intelligence (AI) start-up related to manufacturing.
On the 6th (local time), tech media Deformation reported that Page recently started a startup named “Dynatomics.” According to Deformation, he is a start-up that uses AI with a small number of engineers to create an optimized appearance of various objects and then manufactures them at a factory. Further details were not known.
“Silicon Valley entrepreneurs are increasingly interested in using AI models in manufacturing shape products,” Deformation added.
According to reports, Dynamics is led by Chris Anderson, a former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Kitty Hawk who promoted the urban air mobility (UAM) business called “Flying Car.” Kitty Hawk was founded in 2010 and received investment from Page, but closed in 2022 due to regulations.
Larry Page, who founded Google with Sergey Brin, served as CEO of Alphabet, Google’s parent company, from 2015 to 2019. Since then, he has withdrawn from the company and has not participated in management. This is a different move from Sergey Brin’s frequent appearance at the company after ChatGPT appeared.
Larry Page is one of Alphabet’s board members and is the largest individual shareholder with a 5.7% stake in Alphabet. With a net worth of 156 billion dollars, it is ranked eighth in the world’s wealth rankings.
