PEORIA (25News Now) – From 8 a.m. to noon, hundreds of people made their way to the Riverfront to check out these vendors, eat local food, and have a good time in the sun for its opening day.
Over 115 vendors were scheduled to sell goods such as food, produce, arts and crafts, and more.
We spoke to the owner of Regulator Roasting Company, David Grimm, who is spending his fourth year at the Riverfront Market making sure everyone has their morning coffee.
“I’ve got from your light roast, Kenya-which is your quintessential, citrus-flavored, bright bodied,” Grimm says describing the blend. “I’ve got blends from Costa Rica which are fruit and chocolatey. You can’t find them hardly anywhere but here. Then I have what you call regular coffee.”
Regulator Roasting Coffee is located in East Peoria on Washington Street.
