Innovo has announced the signing of a partnership agreement with the Gabonese government, valued at €350m, to develop two major infrastructure projects in Gabon.
The signing ceremony took place in Cairo, Egypt, and was attended by representatives from the Gabonese Ministry of Public Works.
This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone in Innovo’s expansion across Africa and aligns with Egypt’s vision to strengthen its diplomatic and economic ties with Gabon.
The first project, located in Port-Gentil, involves Innovo constructing a stormwater network and a wastewater treatment plant. The second project focuses on providing roadway lighting for the highway connecting Port-Gentil and Omboue City.
Sameh Fam, CEO of Innovo Build, said: “We are proud to contribute to these transformative projects that will improve the quality of life in Port-Gentil and beyond. This partnership exemplifies our commitment to positively impacting the communities we serve.”
