Immanuel Announces the Addition of Two Individuals to its Executive Team Joe Brown Betty Harris Immanuel, a Midwest leader in retirement living and senior care, announces the promotion of Joe Brown and Betty Harris to the Executive Leadership Team. Brown’s current role is Vice President of Sales and Marketing, while Harris’ is Vice President of HR Strategy. Effective July 1st, their titles will change to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales Experience and Senior Vice President of HR and Employee Experience, respectively. The additions come from the executive team’s desire to provide additional voices dedicated to the experience of our employees, residents, and participants. They were carefully selected to consider Immanuel’s present and future needs.
