Henry Ford Health Sued Over Facebook, Google Info Sharing Claims

Detroit-based Henry Ford Health allegedly shared the personal information of patients with Meta Platforms Inc. and Google Inc. without their consent in violation of state and federal privacy laws, a proposed federal class action said.

Nina McClain alleged that Henry Ford Health embedded Meta’s Facebook pixel and Google’s Analytics tools on its website, allowing the tech giants to collect information arising from patients’ interactions there.
