The Google Pixel 9a should arrive in the next few months, and the phone’s design has already been revealed by rendered images. Today, we know these CAD-based images are the real deal because real-life photos of the smartphone appeared on social media.
The back panel design will follow the 2024 trend of Google Pixels, with only the cameras protruding from an oval island.
Google plans to equip the Pixel 9a with its new Tensor G4 chipset, paired with 8 GB of RAM. It will feature a 5,000 mAh battery with rather slow 18W wired charging.
According to some leaks, the main camera on the back will feature a 48 MP Sony IMX787 sensor, which is the same as in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Alongside it will be a 13 MP ultrawide snapper, while at the front a 13 MP shooter will sit inside a punch hole.
