Google has updated the Google Assistant interface for Android Auto, and the new look is reminiscent of Apple’s Siri. Now, during voice interaction, a separate interface is displayed, which appears when the Assistant is waiting for a user response.
Here’s What We Know
This interface appears when the Assistant asks a question and disappears after the answer is processed.
The new update makes it easier to interact with, although the similarities with Siri are immediately noticeable. Previously, only the bottom bar was used for initial commands. Now, this new interface provides more information during voice communication.
The new interface is currently available in Android Auto v12.5 on the Galaxy Fold 6.
