One lucky Lehigh Valley mom got a free shopping spree at Boscov’s.
They just got the big check Thursday.
Ro Miller is the big winner. She’s from Bangor and says she’s a regular shopper at the Boscov’s at the Palmer Park Mall.
Her spending spree started a few weeks ago.
Ro bought a new mattress, a recliner, and a Christmas tree.
Then she gave the rest of the money to her two adult daughters, Casey and Katelyn to spend.
They bought some household items and a living room set.
Ro says, “I’m so happy, I really am so happy, especially for my daughter moving into her new house. I don’t know, it just warms my heart.”
“There were thousands of people who entered from all 50 stores in 9 states, and to be the winner, I’m just tickled pink that it’s right here in Palmer Park,” says Jim Boscov.
This was the first ten thousand dollar shopping spree for Boscov’s but they say it won’t be the last.
Timing really was good for the Millers, their daughter Kaitlyn got married in April and just moved into a new house this past weekend.
