This year’s council elections are critical for Key Biscayne. We are blessed to live in an incredibly safe community with excellent municipal services while enjoying the lowest municipal tax rate in Miami-Dade County. Incorporation has saved us over $200 million in Fire Rescue services alone. However, we are behind in addressing the needed infrastructure to protect our way of life and investments. I support those with a positive vision for our future and understand the need to invest in our community’s infrastructure. We have four good choices to achieve these goals.
Frank Caplan understands the importance of moving forward with much-needed infrastructure, and his experience over the last four years and beyond will be critically important. He understands the current project’s history and will be an important voice in addressing the misinformation and disinformation circulating in the community.
Nancy Stoner has been on the right side of every controversial issue on Key Biscayne for many decades. She has dedicated time and energy as a volunteer to this community for many years. She has spent significant time educating herself on the current issues and is prepared to serve on the Council.
Nick Lopez-Jenkins and Michael Bracken also understand the importance of investing in this community and have a positive attitude and vision.
Please join me in supporting candidates who bring positive leadership to this community.
