Done Deals: Largo shopping center sells, Old Northeast estate sells, New Year’s Eve events around St. Pete

St. Pete Pier: The annual family-friendly event at the Pier will feature live DJs, games, food trucks, and a full bar and a champagne bar. The St. Pete Pier will host the area’s biggest fireworks show. The free event starts at 8 p.m. and ends at 12:30 a.m.

Sparrow: The newly opened rooftop bar and restaurant at The Moxy Hotel in St. Pete’s EDGE District will host a party with elevated food, cocktails, and live music from DJ NIRO. Guests can enjoy an open bar from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. and a complimentary champagne toast to ring in the new year. Intermezzo Coffee and Cocktails: The trendy coffee and cocktail bar in the EDGE District will feature live jazz from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. Table reservations include a bottle of Moët champagne. Guests can send Intermezzo a direct message on Facebook to book a table.

Juno & The Peacock: The new restaurant on Beach Drive will celebrate the new year with a special tasting menu, a caviar hour, optional wine pairing, a four-course dinner (with vegetarian options), and a complimentary Taittinger champagne toast. There will also be live music. The dinner at Juno is priced at $175 per person. Nextdoor, Juno’s Pluma Cocktail Lounge will start its party at 5 p.m. with prices starting at $50. COCKtail: The LGBTQ+ nightclub will celebrate the special occasion with the iconic NYC nightclub Studio 54 theming. “This extravagant evening promises an immersive trip back to the glamour of disco, satin, and sparkle,” according to the event page. The original Studio 54 DJ Robbie Leslie and Studio 54 singer France Joli will perform. VIP packages are available and range from $25 to $800. More information can be found here.

The Vinoy:  The historic waterfront hotel will host an elegant celebration with a dinner featuring multiple dining and carving stations, a seafood raw bar, and a kids’ station, as well as a champagne and specialty cocktail bar. There will be a live band performance and guests can view the city’s fireworks display from the Bayview Terrace. The event will run from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Reservations are required. Adults can join the party for $360 while kids (ages 3-12) can enter for $125.
