Dimitra Kosmidou
Dimitra Kosmidou of Katerini, Greece, passed away peacefully last Wednesday night September 4th, 2024, in Fredonia where she lived for the last five years.
Beloved mother of Dr. Athanasia Landis, she left this world surrounded by her family. Throughout her life she worked tirelessly for her church, Panagia Gorgoepikoos, Panagouda, in Thessaloniki, Greece, where she was an active member of her community.
Dimitra is survived by her two children, Athanasia Landis and Nicholas Kosmidis; her son – in – law, Andrew Landis; and five grandchildren, Dimitra Landis – Thomas, Dimitri Landis, Constantinos Landis, Alexandros Landis, and Fotini Landis.
Viewing at the Fantauzzi Funeral Home will be on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 4-8pm, and at the Hellenic Church of the Annunciation on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 12:00-1:00 PM.
The 1:00 PM Funeral Mass will immediately follow at same church.
