The 2024-25 NBA season starts tomorrow. However, up until today, we still did not know the Los Angeles Lakers‘ full final roster. Sure, the team was making moves that led to furious speculation from fans as recently as Sunday when the team signed rookie Quincy Olivari to a two-way contract.

However, the biggest question still on everyone’s mind was whether or not LeBron James‘ son, Bronny James, would earn a spot on the Lakers’ regular-season roster. Bronny James played decently during the preseason, but did he play well enough to warrant taking a roster spot from someone more deserving?

Did Bronny James make the Lakers’ roster?

James is currently listed as part of the team’s roster, per their website. He will make his Crypto.com Arena debut on Tuesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

James is on a four-year, $7.9 million contract that is fully guaranteed through the 2025-26 season.

When do the Lakers begin the regular season?

The Lakers will participate in one of two games tomorrow night to open up the 2024-25 NBA season. Following a game between the Boston Celtics and New York Knicks. The Lakers will host the Minnesota Timberwolves at 10 p.m. ET for the final game of the night.
