Emergency responders rolled to a fire at 153 King St. in Dunkirk a little after 4 p.m. Friday. The Dunkirk Fire Department, Fredonia Fire Department, and Chautauqua County Emergency Medical Services all responded. There was no damage apparent on the exterior of the house, but the smell of burning wood hung in the air.
