Decker names new business development directors

Three veteran managers at Decker Truck Line Inc.have been named as business development directors for the company.

They are Jennifer Stuber Graham, Blaine Martin and Will Kenny.

“The business development director role offers an exciting opportunity to drive diversification and business growth while expanding to new geographic markets,” Bob Elkins, the chief operating officer of Decker Truck Line Inc., said in a written statement.

“Our team of Jenny, Blaine and Will have many years of experience in the transportation industry and we are looking forward to the significant impact that they will afford to our company’s success,” he added.

She has worked for Decker Truck Line Inc. since 2010. She was instrumental in opening the company’s Missoula, Montana, terminal. In 2015, she became the leader of the Logistics Team and held that position for seven years. She rejoined the Asset Team in 2022.

She is a native of Montana. She has Bachelor’s and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the University of Montana in Missoula

She has three daughters.

Blaine Martin

He has been with the company since 1995 and has a total of 39 years of experience in the transportation industry.

At Decker Truck Line Inc., he has worked in recruiting, safety, operations, customer service and sales. Since 2017, he has focused mainly on customer service and business development. He also still drives a truck on occasion.

He and his wife, Terri, have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Will Kenny

He has been with the company since 2014.

He worked in customer service and fleet dispatch in Fort Dodge before transferring to the Des Moines location in 2017. There, he has served as logistics coordinator, team leader and director of operations.

He is a native of Fort Dodge and a graduate of the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
