The Chautauqua County Municipal Clerks Association held their monthly luncheon to present two scholarship winners with $500 checks earlier this summer. The nominating committee along with members celebrated all of the accomplishments of scholarship winners Zachary Dean and Marlei Armstrong. The nominating committee commented that this year the association received more applications than in previous years and are excited for all of the applicants that are pursuing a degree in public service.
