Company news: Contact Community Services announces 2 promotions

Contact Community Services announced two promotions. Stephanie Grandjean has been promoted to division director of crisis services. Joining Contact in September 2013, she has played a significant role in supporting the operational and financial aspects of several key programs including 988, 211, Crisis Connect, and 911 co-location. She is a certified instructor in mental health and suicide prevention programs. A Syracuse University alumna, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public health at Eastern Washington University. Katie Lemery-White has been appointed as the assistant director of crisis services. She first joined the organization in June 2013 and has served as the 211 manager since January 2018. She has been pivotal in the launch and expansion of 211 CNY, extending services to two additional regions in New York state. She also has been a key member of the crisis services management team. Contact Community Services is a nonprofit organization based in Central New York committed to empowering community members of all ages through compassionate support. Its main program areas are crisis and suicide prevention, school support services, and training and education.
