Christmas Village opens this weekend at the Fairgrounds Nashville. How to get tickets, what to know

Christmas Village, Nashville’s 4-day holiday shopping event, is back.

The event, which got its start in 1961, is one of the oldest charitable events in Nashville. Since its conception, the program has raised $14.7 million for philanthropic projects.

With hundreds of vendors from across the United States, the event has grown to be recognized as “one of the premier shopping events in the southeast.” According to Christmas Village’s website, about 30,000 shoppers from across the country participate in the annual event.

Here’s what to know ahead of the shopping extravaganza.

When will Christmas Village take place in 2024?

Christmas Village will be open the following dates:

  • Friday, Nov. 15, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 16 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov. 17 noon – 6 p.m.

Where will Christmas Village be located?

Christmas Village takes place at the Fairgrounds Nashville located at 500 Wedgewood Avenue.

How much are tickets to Christmas Village?

Tickets for Christmas Village are $15 and may be purchased online or at select Truist Bank locations for $12. Cash will not be accepted at the door, but is accepted at merchant booths.

Children ages 9 and under are free.
