Michael Gunsch has been awarded the Leadership Bismarck-Mandan Alumni Association Distinguished Alumnus Award for 2024 at the Leadership Bismarck-Mandan graduation.
Gunsch graduated from Leadership Bismarck-Mandan in 2003 and has been a registered professional engineer for over 40 years.
Lila Teunissen has been recognized as a 3C congressional champion and met with U.S. Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., last month to explain the vital role digital tools play for small businesses.
Teunissen, co-owner of Bismarck-based Bed N Biscuit, was one of over 20 small business leaders selected from across the country to meet with a member of Congress.
North Dakota Community Foundation Development Directors Amy Stromsodt, Kara Geiger and John Heinen have all been recertified by CFRE International as Certified Fund Raising Executives.
People granted the CFRE credential have met a series of standards including tenure in the profession, education and demonstrated fundraising achievement. They have also passed a rigorous exam testing the knowledge, skills and abilities required of a fundraising executive, and have agreed to uphold Accountability Standards and the Donor Bill of Rights.
